- End-to-end circuit planning from 2G BTS to BSC and 3G Node B to RNC.
- Cramer capacity planning for E1 count increases.
- New Radio Bearer builds in Cramer.
- New node integration.
- Traffic migration to IP modelled in Cramer.
- Transmission design sheet creation for Cramer provisioned implementation.
- SDH & PDH Cramer builds.
- IUB upgrades.
- BSC reparenting programs, involving optimally rerouting sites across PDH and SDH routes to a new base station.
- Creation of circuiting routing guidelines for the Cramer planning tool.
- New node definition for modelling on Cramer.
- Script definition for efficient task implementation.
- Interaction with field resources to increase the accuracy of Cramer records.
Essential Requirements
- Knowledge of Transport network planning tools
- Understanding of Transport networks and NMS systems in a mobile network environment
- Computer literate and competent with MS Office suite applications, Project and Visio/AutoCAD
- Customer Intimate, and able to mentor staff
- Awareness of business goals, direction and strategy
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Tertiary qualification preferably in electronic, electrical/communications engineering or equivalent.
